War - That no one Owns
No diffidence in power hunger;
No diffidence in power hunger;
No reluctance in slaughter;
No craving for humility;
No guilt even by falter.
The lives that are suffering;
The minds that are haunted;
The youth that is vanishing;
The spirits that are daunted.
No compassion in the eyes;
No tears trickle down;
No benevolence in the heart;
No responsibility I own.
The air breathes venom;
And so does the sand;
Why have we taken to war;
In awe of the land.
